Post documents to the workspace folder structure.
DO NOT POST
documents to the "Library" tab. The library is used for discussion attachments by the system.
Join Community (formerly
Working Group)

". From secondary navigation dropdown menus, select the second dropdown and pick "Communities I can join". Click Join next to appropriate
Community
. Check how you would like to receive messages and join.
Discussion email alias: "vita-xx@ConnectedCommunity.org". If this does not work, goto the discussion page of your community, then the "Post New Message" button. The email alias of the community is posted on the community home page.
WebEx Conference Calls: Go to
vitameeting.webex.com.
Find the meeting you wish to join from the calender. Weekly view works great. Click on Join. Be sure you have the password from the meeting administrator. You can find your Attendee ID under the Meeting Info tab after you have joined the meeting.
Document folder navigation in workspace is not obvious.
Click on the "folder ICON" under the "D" in "Documents" in the middle pane to see the full folder structure. Then click on the "+/-" to open/close sub-folders.
